Open Mission is the operator-facing control surface.
It reads daemon-published data, renders available Entity commands, and sends operator intent back to the daemon. Local preferences can shape layout and selection, but they cannot become workflow law or Mission truth.
The useful rule: Open Mission may present and request; the daemon decides and records.
Impeccable Live follows this same rule. The host requests live capability for a Repository or Mission owner and proxies the resulting session through the Open Mission route, but the daemon decides whether that runtime is adopted, started, supervised, or stopped. The operator should experience one Open Mission control surface, not three separate products.
